Shipping

By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are outlined below:

Standard (2-3 working days) - £4.95
Express (1 working day) - £5.95
Special (Next working day by 1pm) - £9.95 
International Standard (EU: 3-5 working days, RoW: 5-7 working days) - £19.95
International Express (EU: 1-2 working days, RoW:1-4 working days) - £29.95

Orders placed before 12PM GMT will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next working day. 

2. Shipping Partner
All items shipped via our standard service are sent via Royal Mail using tracked and signed for services. All items shipped via our express service are sent via DHL. Our Customers will receive tracking information where they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment where applicable. 

3. Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country and we strongly encourage you to familiarise yourself with these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at the customers expense and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

4. Parcels In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel and get in touch with us. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us for next steps.

If a parcel is lost in-transit, we will process a refund or replacement as soon as Royal Mail have conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

We cannot be held liable for any delays caused by Royal Mail whilst goods are in transit.

5. Items Out Of Stock
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil your order. In this instance we will contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

6. Operating Hours
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

7. Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

8. Delayed Shipment
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

9. Missing Orders
If your order is delayed or is missing as a result of an invalid/incorrect delivery address or any other reason such as delivery attempted, through no fault of our own, we will wait for the parcel to be returned to us before resending. Please note, not all missing orders are returned to us and therefore we will not accept liability or offer a refund in these circumstances.
