We aim to provide you with a very personal level of service and therefore minimising the need to return boots. If you are unsure on sizes or have any questions on any boots, please visit our size guide or get in touch before you order and we can provide further information including a personalised product video.
However we do understand on occasion you may wish to return your boots therefore you are welcome to return your boots within 14 days of receiving them. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your boots must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in including the original packaging.
Used boots are graded according to our Condition Guide. Each pair is authenticated in the exact same way as a new boot and graded as accurately as possible. Please note we will not be held liable for the performance or durability of a used boot. If you are still unsure on the condition, please get in touch via the contact page.
