Returns and Refunds

We aim to provide you with a very personal level of service and therefore minimising the need to return boots. If you are unsure on sizes or have any questions on any boots, please visit our size guide or get in touch before you order and we can provide further information including a personalised product video. 

However we do understand on occasion you may wish to return your boots therefore you are welcome to return your boots within 14 days of receiving them. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your boots must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in including the original packaging. 

Several types of boots are exempt from being returned;

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts due to no error on our part

- Products that have been purchased on a 'Pre-Order' basis or have been customised

- Any items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery

- Any used items

If you wish to return your boots, please send an email to requesting a return and state the reason why. 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days.  

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the boots. Please note, all shipping costs are non-refundable including the initial cost of shipping. You should consider using a tracked service. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not liable for any returns lost in transit.
